1. Rinse the wakame well and place in a saucepan. Cover with cold water, bring to the boil, reduce to a simmer and cook for about 10 minutes, until aldente. Drain, pat dry and set aside. 2. Next make the dressing. Whisk together the lime juice, sesame oil, siracha, rice vinegar and 1/8th teaspoon of salt. Continue to whisk as you slowly pour in the groundnut oil, until fully combined.
