Recipe Method
1. In a bowl mix together the grapes (halved and deseeded) , pine nuts, rosemary, sugar and white wine and allow to sit for a few minutes. 2. Then scatter, with the juice, all over the pizza base. 3. Crumble over little pieces of ricotta and drizzle with a little extra virgin olive oil. 4. Cook until crisp and golden.
